All New Moves teachers get ongoing training to make sure your child gets the attention and tuition they deserve. Our class sizes are limited and your child's progress monitored to ensure their learning experience is a rewarding one. Before you look anywhere else, check that they offer the same level of training, experience, professionalism and service. 2. What floor is your child dancing on? The health and safety of your child is protected at New Moves. We have invested in a professional grade dance floor that allows our dancers to dance longer without tiring or damaging their legs or feet. Ours is a suspended timber floor covered in the same high grade flooring used by professional dance companies around the world. This investment absorbs any shock to the knee, hip or spine. It allows our dancers to feel safe and secure as it gives the required amount of slip and grip needed to perform to their peak. Check out other studios, many have their dancers on hard and damaging office or factory floors, others may appear to be timber but are in fact laid directly over concrete. Ours is a large, air conditioned space complete with full-length mirrors, barres and all the equipment you would expect of a professional studio setup. 3. Are the costs explained up front? Are there easy payment options? We aim to offer choice, value and convenience. You will be offered an easy monthly payment plan and all costs will be explained up front. We have engaged a professional automatic debit service to make payment simple and affordable. At concert time we hire a seamstress to sew your child ' s costume and organise for it to be delivered to you at the studio. We keep it simple and stress free for mum! What if I need assistance? Can I get immediate customer service? At New Moves we have desk staff available during most teaching hours. You can register, make enquiries or leave messages. Our desk staff are trained to answer most questions regarding schedules, events, classes or uniforms and to take bookings for private lessons. This means classes start and finish on time because the teacher is free to concentrate on what he/she does best - teach your child! Customer service means you ' ll have a good experience with someone always there to update, inform and assist you.
6. How do I know which level to choose? Our levels are determined firstly by age. We welcome beginners of all ages but if you are a more advanced student, we have listed some of the dance step requirements of each level so you can match your skills and determine your grade by ability Mini Moves (Ages 2-7years) No experience required.
